Creating a New Password When Prompted

You may be prompted to change your password for varying reasons; such as forgetting your password or if there is a security update.

This article shows you, a TMC Admin, how to create a new password when prompted.

Step 1: Enter your credentials on the login screen.

Step 2: In the Password must change box, enter your email address associated with your account. Then, click Send Email.

Please Note: This will also provide an Access Code.

Step 3: After receiving an email to reset your password, click Click here to create or reset your password. This email will be valid for 60 minutes after sending.

Step 4: Enter the Access Code you received in the Password must change box. Then, your new password. Click Save.

Step 5: The password will successfully change. Use Click here to log on to login to Certify Travel.
