Enable the Control Template Access Rule Follow
With this new rule item, admins easily specify which templates are accessible during the user creation process. This means admins can ensure that new users only have access to the relevant templates to their role, making it easier for them to get started and minimizing the risk of mistakes.
1. Navigate to Admin > Policy Tree > Policy Tree Editor.
2. From the Policy Tree Editor, select the Policy Branch you would like to add the rule to.
3. Select ‘Add New Rule.’
4. Enter ‘Include Template User’ in the textbox and click Next.
5. Click the box and select Next.
6. Hover information for the rule.
7. In the Value box, enter the Templates you want to include with the rule and then click Save.
You will now see the new ‘Include Template User’ rule added to your policy.
8. Click Compile to finish adding the rule.
