Added Option to Turn Off One-way Fare Wizard
Certify Travel is excited to announce a new feature added to our air shopping options. Users now have the ability to turn off the one-way fare wizard approach for all shopping with a new rule: Use One Way Fares Wizard when Search by Schedule. When Users shop by price, the page opens to the Complete Options tab, while Shop by Schedule opens to the Complete Options tab for the first leg, which happens for roundtrip requests when the wizard is not turned on.
This feature gives users even more control over their air shopping experience.
If users prefer not to use the wizard, select No from the dropdown to turn it off for multi-city requests. Users can also keep the wizard on for multi-city and schedule searches by attaching the wizard rule and selecting Yes.
For the Use one Way Fares Wizard when Search by Schedule Rule:
- If the wizard rule is not attached or attached and set to No, the wizard will not be used.
- If the wizard rule is attached and set to Yes, the wizard flow will be used for multi-city and scheduled searches.
Note: This feature is not available for the Amadeus GDS.
UI Improvements to Filters and Sorting
We are excited to announce an improvement to our filtering and sorting layout, enhancing the user experience. Our previous design had become challenging to navigate as we added more filters and sorting options. We understand that this has detracted from the overall look and feel of the page.
To address this, we have implemented a new grouping and layout structure that visually segments the page into logical components, making it easier to find what you need quickly.
These changes are applied to our air, car, hotel, and rail filtering and sorting options, ensuring a consistent user experience.
Added GDS Command Lines for Travelfusion SuperSwitch
We have fantastic news about our Air SuperSwitch Settings / Travelfusion and custom documentation! We've added two new lines labeled GDS Commands, allowing the TMC to send two lines of any format into the PNR. This same feature was previously only available when using Southwest Direct Connect.
An administrator can add the new remarks by editing the Travelfusion setting under Airline SuperSwitch Settings.
The GDS Command boxes are near the bottom of the screen. Input the command(s) you want to include. There are also several SRTs available for use.
Remarks will be added to the GDS PNR when Travelfusion is booked. The following is an example.
The remarks for Apollo for the above commands would look like this.
