Help Center Migration
We completed a migration of our Certify Travel Help Center, which resulted in the URLs for all of the Category, Section, and Article pages in the Help Center changing.
To limit the disruption to your experience, we implemented code that automatically redirects traffic from the old URLs to the corresponding new URLs. You shouldn't notice any differences in your Help Center experience other than being redirected to the new URLs for any articles that you have saved or bookmarked.
As a best practice, we recommend that you update any links to articles in your employee resources or personal bookmarks to reflect the new URLs going forward.
