Configure Default Hotel Sort/Display Order
A new rule has been added: ‘Hotel Options Sort Order. This rule sorts the hotel options according to the values requested when availability is displayed. If there are options matching the sort, we will default the dropdown to the value set in the policy.
To utilize the rule, an Admin needs to enable it in the Policy Tree Editor. Choose a company to add the new rule to, and search for Hotel Options Sort Order using the keyword box.
Next, select the value the hotel options will be sorted by:
- CompanyPreferred
- CompanyPreferredByDistance
- Distance
- ReferenceRate
- UserRequested
Disable Travel Menu from Menu Bar
The new rule, Disable Travel Menu, has been added to the Policy Tree. Using the rule set to Yes will hide the Travel Menu.
To utilize the rule, an Admin would need to enable the rule in the Policy Tree Editor.
Add the new rule to a Policy Tree Branch by searching Disable Travel Menu in the keyword box. Then, set the value to Yes and click Save.
From now on, the Travel Menu will be hidden.
