Overlapping Trips
Certify Travel has a new feature available for users. Companies can now utilize the Overlapping Trip functionality to keep employees from being double-booked for a trip or prevent booking conflicting trips.
The option for Overlapping Trip is located in the Itinerary tab of the policy.
Contains Overlapping Trip can be selected in the dropdown under * When does this reporting condition apply?

When the Policy Control at Availability is active, itineraries that overlap an existing trip in the traveler’s Pending Trips will be flagged during the shopping process and on the Selected Itinerary when set to Warn. The warning message will include the name of the trip that has the overlap.

Notification for Cancel/Modification of Trip
This new feature provides a visual notification to the end user that a cancellation or modification of travel has been successful. Once a trip has been canceled or modified, the user will see a green banner with the information at the top of the page.
