Set Guest Template as Default Traveler
Emburse Book now provides the ability to set Guest Template as the default traveler using a new rule.
Administrators can enable this functionality by attaching the rule in the Policy Tree Editor.
Select the policy branch to attach the rule to (or to apply to all branches select Core Permissions) and select Edit.
Next, click Add New Rule.
In the search box type ‘selected user’, then check the box for ‘Include Default Selected User’.
In the Value box, type the Member ID of the guest you want to automatically log in, and click Save.
When logging into a company with this policy branch, the user will automatically be logged in to the Member ID set when implementing the rule.
Hawaiian Airlines and Virgin Australia Added to Travelfusion
Emburse Book has added access to Hawaiian Airlines and Virgin Australia via Travelfusion.
To access the added airlines, Administrators must add them to the Travelfusion SuperSwitch setting. The Travelfusion SuperSwitch setting must be added before including the new airlines.
